Booking Policy

After booking on the website, you will need to send a non-refundable deposit (with exceptions) of $15 in order to secure your spot, along with your name. I accept Cash-app,  PayPal, and Zelle. If I do not receive a deposit within 24 hours, your appointment time will not be held.

Please come with your hair FRESHLY washed with no product buildup. I will no longer accommodate the price if your hair does not come out how you would like due to unclean/oily hair. I WILL cancel your appointment if your hair is not clean. I take the safety of my other clients very seriously & will not take any risks with unclean hair. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I have the right to cancel your appointment. My & my other clients’ time is very important & I will not inconvenience them for any reason. Please take care of your business beforehand. There will be a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes have passed, a late fee of $5 will be added for every 5 minutes you are late. Along with you, I WILL hold myself accountable if I inconvenience you in any way.

Any appointments booked for the same day along with squeeze ins will have a $25+ “late” fee included.

Cancellations

Clients are given 48 hours to cancel appointments in order to avoid cancellation fees.

Rescheduling

Clients will be allowed one time to reschedule an appointment. Any further attempts at rescheduling that appointment will lead to an appointment being canceled.
